Storming North America : New York state

Welcome to the state of the big apple 😀

Of course here we are talking about the state of New York and not about the city. Do you know that the capital is Albany? If the city of New York is in this state, a good part of its agglomeration is in neighboring states, Connecticut and New Jersey that we will visit among others next week. It is nicknamed « the empire state ». It is the 3rd richest state in the country. The temperatures for this beginning of February are between -13 ° C and 5 ° C depending on where you are.

Niagara Falls state park

Take a trip aboard the Maid Of The Mist which will take you to the famous waterfalls. Admire these from the Hurricane deck. And to finish, visit the Discovery Center.

Walking over the Hudson

It is the largest pedestrian bridge in the world.

Corning Museum of glass

This museum is dedicated to the history of glass.

National Baseball Hall of Fame

It is the most emblematic sport of the United States. This museum is located in Cooperstown.

Erie Channel

The canal extends for 800 kilometers. You can discover 34 historical sites and national parks, forests and nature reserves by boat or bicycle.

The city that never sleeps

I’m a bit confused, I do not know where to start … There’s so much between Time Square and its explosion of light, Broadway and breathtaking shows that I will finally start with the Statue of Liberty ( this is a little loose).

Do not miss to visit the Rockefeller Center and climb to the top of the Empire State Building.

Central Park is the perfect place to stroll with its 341 hectares of meadows, arches and sculptures, all in the heart of the city.

Climb to the 100th floor of One World Trade Center to enjoy breathtaking views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey.

Thirsty for culture, I invite you to make a stopover at the gigantic American museum of natural history.

Stop by Madison Square Garden for a sports match or concert.

Enjoy the max of this week because next week, it is left for 4 states: Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Jersey.

And that’s a gift!
