The most populous state in the United States, California has nearly 40 million inhabitants. Believe me a week is very short to make a road trip so much things to see and do. Let’s not waste our time !
We will begin our journey by this city well known for the Golden Gate which is among the largest bridges in the world.
There is a multitude of things to see in this city, not easy to sort. I ask this and you go to glean information on what you really want to visit because otherwise you will spend well the week.
First of all, there is Russian Hill, a residential area that offers magnificent views of the bays from its hills. Twin Peaks are the two highest hills that overlook the city.
Union Square, which is on the edge of the Financial District, is the center of the city.
Then Saint Mary’s Cathedral will surprise you with its bell shape and fabulous interior. It was built in 1970.
Aquiarium of the bay will transport you to the seabed of San Francisco Bay. You will discover more surprising species than others.
