What is hypersensitivity?

If you often feel the need to isolate yourself, to be overwhelmed by emotions, I think you are hypersensitive. Hypersensitivity is defined as an emotional, sensory but also attention disorder.

It is not worth fighting it, you have to learn to live with it even if it is sometimes complicated. You have to accept yourself as you are. Stop trying to fit into the « mold. Be proud to be different. Without overdoing it, try to find a balance by avoiding any situation that would be too uncomfortable for you.

Hypersensitivity is not a disease. It can even be a quality. Of course, there are different types: emotional, olfactory, sensory, auditory…

Under no circumstances can you drive out the natural. It can sometimes be a burden for you, but remember that you are, after all, only a human being…
